The goal that I live by is to inspire others to be better. Personally, I try to live this out in my every-day life through working out in the mornings before school and in the evenings after school. I always stay on top of my grades through managing my time. I believe by representing yourself as a successful and admirable person, other people will gravitate towards that goal and will start to make a change in their own lives. Having a leader like that is good for a team, though the leader does not always have to be loud, but instead can be a silent leader that makes changes through good actions.
