Camille Cortes '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Camille Cortes and I currently attend Annandale High School and play for Villarreal Virginia.  I have been playing soccer since the first grade and have been playing with my current team for two years now. As a player I always try to get better and I strive to be the hardest working player both in practice and on the field.  I take it upon myself to become a better player and always focus on the places where I can improve.  On the field I strive to be a leader and always have a positive impact.

In school I am a hard-working student and my education is a high priority for me.  I make sure to keep my grades and my GPA up, this includes making honor roll every quarter in middle school as well as in high school.  I also participate in extracurricular activities at school other then soccer,  These activities include participating in the Special Olympics as well as running track and cross country. 

Academics in college are very important to me. I want to find a college that has good academics and also allows me to compete to the best of my abilities. I do not have any size preferences nor any specific state that I want to go to college in. As a player and a student my goal is to find a college that best suits me.
