I am Sofia Kimble. I play striker for both Eastern View High School and SOCA U17 Elite teams. I bring speed, agility, accuracy, and humor to any team I'm on. Due to my quiet nature I'm usually known as a calming force when my teammates get heated on the field. I love the strategic aspect of soccer and am eager to continue it into college. I have a lot of improving to do until that next level but I know my coaches encourage me to push myself to become a better player while moving forward. So I can better serve my team and the possible teams to come.
Other than soccer, I am very involved academically and always strive to achieve all A's. In the classroom I am attentive and always finish my work on time. I usually stress when soccer season comes around due to my work load but I manage my time effectively and get everything completed. This year I am going to attend community college while also being a high school student. This is going to be a difficult task; balancing college, high school, and soccer. But I am ready for the challenge. I am not sure what I'm going to major in, but the academic aspect of college is my priority. So I hope to find a school where I will be successful in both schoolwork and sports.
