Personal Statement
I will never give up.
My biggest dream is to play for a Division I college and eventually move on to be on the USWNT. I am the best candidate for your team because no matter what, I won't stop giving everything I've got until the whistle blows and the game ends, and after that I will train outside of practice so I can earn my place as starter on your team.
I am an attacking player, mostly a forward, and my dominant foot is my left foot, meaning I have to work extra hard to make sure my right foot is just as good.
I lived in Spain for 2 years and played on a U-16 team as an 11 and 12 year old. I played every position on the field, wherever they needed me. I picked up many skills from the European style of play and I will bring them to any team. I didn't speak the language but I didn't let that stop me and I worked hard to show them I belonged on that team.
My last season in 9th grade, I scored 11 goals. Academically, I am currently in my high school's IB Program and always have all A's and B's. In character, I am very social and I get along very well with coaches and teammates and am willing to take any advice that will make me better. I have very strong leadership skills.
What makes me different from any other recruits is that no matter what I will never stop, no matter the odds, I always play to the whistle and leave it all on the field.
