Kaelyn Clasen '22 Recruiting Profile

I’m a very passionate person and that’s why I’ve been so successful. I’m also very driven and don’t back down to anything put in my way.  I’ve always looked at challenges as opportunities for growth and this shows on and off the field.  I’ve always been a natural leader. On the field I lead my team by directing my back line and mid fielders and  off the field by being the Junior Class President and in Leadership.  I have very good field awareness and one of the things that sets me apart is my versatility. In important games my coach would utilize my versatility to best benefit the team. I knew I wanted to play college soccer since I was 9 years old and have been doing everything to better my game by training privately with technical, speed, and strength trainers. Wanting to play college soccer always motivated me to work hard in soccer but also in school. I have a 3.95 GPA and take many AP and honors  classes such as AP Calc and Honors English. I can’t wait to show everyone how my hard work and dedication payed off and I’m also excited to continue to push myself playing at the collegiate level.
