Eliana Bonilla Zuniga '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Eliana Bonilla, I am a Junior at Mountlake Terrace High School. From a young age my parents taught me that nothing worth having comes easy, I believe that this is something that is seen in my academics as well as in my athletics. Performing at a high level academically and athletically has always been a priority of mine. 

During my freshman year of high school, I was designated as a swing player, and although it was amazing to be given the chance to play varsity as a freshman, and play at a higher level, this decision also motivated me to work harder and improve myself as a player so that this year, my sophomore year, I would be able to play on varsity full time. 

My academic goals for high school are to continue to maintain my GPA. Athletically, my goals are to continue to improve myself as an individual player as well as a team player. In college, I plan to study nursing. I am looking for a program that is academically and athletically competitive and will not only help me grow as an athlete but also as a student.
