Kennedy Adams '21 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to play and succeed in soccer at the collegiate level.  To obtain this goal I have followed three rules that I apply to all sports that I play.

•  “100% rule”.  I give 100% effort 100% of the time.  This ensures that I practice as hard as I play in games.  I believe this prepares me for games and sets my focus every time I step on the field.
• “There’s nobody better”.  Following this rule instills confidence in myself.  If I believe I can do it, I will strive to do it.  This is not to be confused with arrogance, it merely provides a platform for me to believe in myself.
• “Respect”.  I need to respect my opponent’s skills and not be taken off-guard.  I need to respect the referees and my coaching staff.  I need to respect my teammates and myself.  This rule provides the backbone of good sportsmanship that I exhibit on and off the field at all times. 

I am a two-sport athlete (basketball and soccer) and have started on both varsity teams as a freshman and a sophomore.  I was the captain of my soccer team freshman year and was awarded 1^st team all-conference and 1^st team all-county as a freshman.
