Swimming has been such a positive experience for me. I've made lasting friendships, learned valuable skills, and increased my athleticism. Two of my favorite thing about swimming are spending time with my friends and participating in the sport itself. One of my favorite swim moments was when I finally made a State cut in the 100 butterfly. That moment made me so proud of myself and it taught me that all the hard work really pays off.
I would like to continue swimming in college because I've gotten so much out of swimming in the past few years and I've become a better swimmer because of it. I am not ready to give up swimming after high school. I want to continue being on a team, improving my skills, and competing at the next level.
