Personal Statement
I love to compete. I love training. I love swimming. I love my family. I love Marvel Comics. My faith in God is important to me. Making good grades is important to me. Those are things that define me. Early mornings and late nights of swim practice, dryland, and homework are things that I have done for years and I’m prepared to do them in college. Swimming in college has been a goal of mine for many years. There was a time that I had a back injury that made me question if swimming was the top priority for me. When I decided to come back, it was because I wanted to swim in college. I feel like I’m likable, coachable, and willing to put in the work to be elite. I’m looking for a college that will make me a part of their swim family. I want a coach that can help me qualify for the Olympic Trails before I graduate. I want to be a part of a team of women that train together, compete together and do college and life together!
