Thank for you taking time to view my profile.
My goals after high school are to attend a 4 year University and hopefully be swimming as well. I will be doing it for as long as I can, and hopefully one day make it to a National/ Olympic level. I am seeking to major in the medical field, but also have an interest in the criminology field.
I would be a great asset to a team because of my commitment and passion for the sport. I have been swimming for 11 years now, and the sport I do is such a big part of my life. It is so normal for me to be in the water, I have developed a dear affection for it. As a member of the team I would bring my positive attitude and hardworking self to all practices and competitions. I will strive to give nothing but my best to help the team reach greater heights.
As a freshman I was placed on the Varsity team for Selma High. I was the Most outstanding player, the fastest women swimmer on the team, and broke a record my freshman year. my Sophomore year I was elected as Athlete of the Spring Season as well as Female Athlete f the year at Selma High. I have maintained a 4.0 GPA since elementary school, and currently ranked top 25 at my school. Academics have always been very important to me, because in my opinion intelligence and education is what helps you succeed. Even though I may come home exhausted and in need of rest, I make sure that all my responsibilities around the house and at school are taken care of first. I am involved in the Interact Club( community service and aid club), as well as Students Making a Difference( helping the people in need in the community). Throughout the summers I also coach for the Recreational Swim Team here in Selma.
I also have participated in water polo at my school and won Valley Championships our 2015 season. I enjoy the intensity and the team bonding of the sport. It has helped me to keep building my endurance, and allow me to become a stronger swimmer. However, Swimming is the sport to which I am completely devoted to. I keep high hopes for my future, and look forward to what comes next.
