2018 HighlightsPersonal Statement
I have been exposed to the sport of swimming for basically my whole life due to the fact that my mom use to be a swimmer. Although it wasn't till the age of 8, when i started to competitively compete in USA swimming. I have a great passion and love for swimming due to it being a big part of my life and because I just generally do love the sport. Up until the age of 10, I didn't really see a future in swimming until I made my first finals at a championship swim meet that had given me so much confidence in my swimming ability and a dream of a swimming career.
Ever since that moment I have been determined to make goal and achieve them along with creating a better and deeper understanding of the sport. Also because of my understanding and knowledge of the sport over the years people usually trust me with giving them advice on how to handle certain situations in swimming along with answering swimming based questions. Although this treat of trying to understand and know everything doesn't stop with swimming as I do it with every part of my life.
