Growing up in the South Florida heat meant spending a lot of time in the water. Swimming has always been an outlet for me both physically and mentally. It also meant meeting more friends, and by age seven I was competing. In those early years, I especially enjoyed growing with my teammates, while continuously improving with each competition.
Fast forward to age 17, I have been swimming high school varsity since 6th grade. My goal after high school is to swim for a university that truly values its swimmers and helps them grow both as people and as athletes.
