Stephanie Rodriguez '19 Recruiting Profile

My name is Stephanie Rodriguez and my goal is too become the best swimmer I can be, and even more than that.  Everday I work and train hard in practice, knowing that if I stay focused I willl succeed. Swimming is more than just a sport to me, it helps me learn to have responsibility and have a good attitude. These factors help me grow each day and help me expand my abilities. Those days where I feel like giving up? I just come back stronger because knowing that I can achieve my goal is what drives me to keep going. Not only am I like this at the pool, but out of the pool as well. I always try to put in as much effort in everything I do, including school. Studying, Learning and Working is what I do to strive in all my classes. I know who I am and I know what I can achieve, this is what makes me different from other candidates. My abilities and my attitude, and my desire to be the best I can be, this is what makes me.
