Madison Gotham '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi there! My name is Madison! I’m 16 years old and a junior. I have been swimming for a little over four years. I currently live in Jacksonville, Florida and swim for the Bolles Sharks. My main events are 100 fly, 100 back,  200 IM, and 400 IM. I am not a picky swimmer though so I can swim whatever events my coach sees fit to put me in. I am hard working in and out of the pool. I would like to swim at a college where the coach is going to push me to be the best swimmer I can possibly be. I am a team player and I love helping my fellow athletes as well as cheering them on.

In college, I am not 100% positive on what career path I would like to choose. I would like to go to a college that values sports but also has a high education level as my academics are very important to me.

Swimming is an amazing sport that drives me to work hard for the results I want and not get down when things don’t go as planned. I am looking forward to furthering my swimming at a collegiate level!
