Swim meet 4My name is Reylyn Cooper, I am a 5'9 1/2, 170 lb 11 th grader. I attended Mundys Mill High School with a 3.8 GPA. I swim for there varsity team at my school as well as play Volleyball for Varsity. I am a very hard working athlete said by my Old Volleyball Coach Takelay Ross as well as my Old Swim Coach Lamar Dobbins. When I'm not at practice or studying I love working on editing videos and looking at videos to improve my technique during my free time. I would love to attend a College or University in the south so I can stay close to home but I will keep an open mind. The College I attend doesn't have to be Division 1 but it does have to deal with Medicine, babies or film.
I tore my ACL on September 18, 2019 so I was unable to participate in the 2019-2020 season. The journey had a major set back but the process has helped me grow and showed me that I have to do my best because you never know what may happen. I’ve started back swimming and now I swim with Tara Tarpons locates in Jonesboro, Ga.
I feel that I would be a strong asset to any team because I am a hard worker, I am always ready to improve and I always try to uplift my teammates. I feel that a team is always stronger when you can help each other without someone feeling unwanted or not needed. I give everything I got whether its in the class room, on the court or in pool. I will give it all I got and more but I need a coach that can help me improve my abilities and believe and me being able to make it.
