Erika Veenbaas '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Erika Veenbaas and I am a 5'8 120lb varsity swimmer from William Fremd High School in Palatine,Illinois. I have 9 years of team swimming experience and am currently on varsity. I am a 2 time record holder at Fremd. I  swim for the Arlington Alligator Aquatics club under Coach Mary Ruffin. Academics are very important to me as I am a AP and honors student. I am interested in pursing a nursing degree. I am open to all schools and would look at  all divisions as well. I am interested in a four year college with a great academic and athletic reputation. I would like to go to a college in the Midwest or south region . My accomplishments include being a regional qualifier, won conference as a freshmen, and placing in other championship meets. My times are continually dropping all the time . Being a very hard worker, I set high goals for myself both in the pool and in school.
