I'd be lying if I were to say that I have never experienced any stressful situations throughout my life, because life itself is a stressful mess. However, how we decided to handle the stress in our lives truly shows who we are, not only as a student but as an individual alone. In my life I have experienced stress in many occasions such as: the classroom, athletics, family, friends, and just life itself. Over the years, the main benefactor to my stress relief is swimming. I have swam competitively for nine years, and at and early age i was taught the importance of a balanced life, time management, healthy diet, morals, and respect for myself. Swimming is my true stress relief.
At an early age, I quickly learned the importance of time management, not only from athletics but also from my successful sister. Athletics such as: tennis and swimming, taught me discipline, respect, and above all time management. Growing up I was able to watch my older sister constantly achieve her goals, she's always working her hardest and she is the perfect example to me to stay focused and achieve my goals. Throughout, my education I have persistently had excellent time management skills. Over the years, I have managed multiply sports, exceeding well grades, quality time with the family, a social life and a healthy balanced life.
