I plan to complete at least a four year college degree in either a math or science area. To date. I have not settled on a specific major. I am a hard working person that is very patient and willing to put in the effort to get where I want to be. As a high school freshman I challenged myself with a full honors level course load.
During the pandemic I craved pool time. Swimming gave me a small piece of normalcy in a bizarre new world. I would wake at 4 am for a 5 am practice slot at an outdoor pool located at Crestview Country Club. I did so for the entire summer of 2020 in an effort to not drift backwards on progress I had made earlier that year. I also completed drywall workouts with my team via Zoom four days a week and yoga one day a week. If your looking for determination, I have it. While I recognize I may not be the fastest on a team I take pride in being a solid swimmer with technique that allows for flexibility in a roster placement. I value the ability to contribute to team success.
I am looking for an opportunity to continue my growth both in the pool and in the classroom. Currently I find the desire to do so in a community which accepts a person warmly, it may be urban or the out skirts of a city, however I am not looking to live in a city as upbeat as Boston at this time. I like to visit for a few days at a time yet have come to appreciate quieter settings that allow me to study and build relationships with movies and dinner outings.
