2017 Highlights Personal Statement
One of my life dreams has been wanting to swim in college. I want to do this because swimming is something that i am very passionate about and I love to do. Swimming is not just my hobby, it is my life and is something that I want to make a career out of in the future.
Some of my coaches and friends would describe me as a very outgoing and carefree person. My coaches would also tell you that I take technique tips very seriously. I love working to make myself a better swimmer each day. When I am given advice or something to change, I do it right away. Also I am not only caring to my coaches I am very caring and supportive to other swimmers. I have made many different friends through swimming. Some athletes I have met would describe me as a very humble and confident swimmer.
The kind of coaches I am looking for needs to be supportive to me in not only what they want out of my swimming, but what I want for myself. My ideal coach will push me till I have nothing left and who will be overly dedicated to their swimmers.
