My goals in college are to go to college somewhere down south. It would be a dream and honor of mine to go on a full ride scholarship in swimming or waterskiing. I would love to become later in life an OBGYN. I have the heart and the want to become one someday. The reason I want to become an OBGYN is because I want to bring life into this world, and see the beauty of a great gift of birth. With my athletics I would like to compete at as high of a level as I get accepted in because I am always up for a challenge. What makes me a good candidate is my drive and work towards my goals. I like setting goals that seem almost impossible and I will put in as much time as I can along with other cardio workouts to help me achieve the goals I have set for myself. I will always to come with a smile and determination to work hard and know that if I want to achieve something I need to work for it. Along the road of achieving these things I also need to have leadership and sportsmanship, because those qualities truly go a long ways. Its what defines an athlete and I always try to be the best role model for the team that I can be. It helps boost the teams confidence and energy along with my energy. I will always show up to practice or events with energy and a huge smile ready to work hard and give 100 percent effort. If it is one thing, I will never back down from a challenge. If You put something in front of me, I will work day in and day out to be the best I can be and at the end of the day I will be able to look back and see that I did everything I could. In athletics what makes me different is how much heart I put into the sport I will give it my all. Also along with my heart is the experience. I have competed at the high level since I was 11 years old. I am on team USA for waterskiing and I made that team when I was 11 years old. I also went to NASA for karate and I made it to team USA level, I ended up quitting karate to try and pursue my dream of becoming top in the world someday for swimming and skiing. Also with swimming I have gone to state since I was 10 and just started going to high school state starting at age 15. I am also on the national team for swimming and being able to attend some college meets has given me the opportunity of a lifetime. In my academics I will stay up studying and I am very determined to get good grades. I always say school comes before sports. I went to high school freshman and sophomore year and I tested into a college (St. Cloud State University), so I go there for the last 2 years of my high school career. Its called PSEO which my school offers and hardly anyone does it. I am doing it because I want a challenge in school and college has been offering me a challenge since I started it in mid August. School and Athletics are very tied together and I am willing to give it my all and achieve things that I probably never thought I could achieve.
