Personal Statement
I hope to one day become a geneticist. This means that I will be going into either a human biology or pre med major. I believe that I am a good candidate for a team because I am hardworking, dedicated and a natural leader. I am different from other recruits because I am very talented in managing my time between academics and sports. I also differ from others because I don't come from a naturally athletic family. I have had to work for all of my athleticism rather than having natural talents. This means that I have learned over the years to be resilient, especially with the rigorous distance training that I participate in.
