By participating in a sport in the college setting I personally believe I would thrive and develop into a successful athlete and student. It would allow me to be consistent and have a set schedule every day. This would allow me to have better time management and be more successful in and out of the classroom. Another aspect of doing a sport in college that would benefit me is the tight knit group of friends that I would have. I've been apart of a team for almost 10 years and I have learned to thrive in the environment. I truly believe that being an athlete throughout my college career would grant me the ability to be successful both in and out of the classroom.
