Personal Statement

Honestly, I can’t imagine my life without being on a swim team, so why should college be any different? I’ve been swimming (on a team) since I was six or seven. Ever since then it has been a part of me. I will admit, I have slacked a bit in school and swimming; however, that has changed and continues to. And to say I haven’t ever gotten distracted would be a lie, because I have and I will, again. That’s just life, what matters is if I’m a person who can push through that, and I think I can.
