Personal Statement
Ever since I was six and my mom "forced" me to join our local swim team, I have thrived being in the water. Swimming brought out my competitive side and it still does. My coaches have played a big part in my swimming career. Not only have they encouraged me along the way, but they have also instilled values such as optimism, good sportsmanship, determination, and tenacity. As a part of a team, I plan keep these values and spread them to other players. I will strive to be an asset to my team and represent my school through my continued work ethic in and outside of the classroom. My goal is to maintain a 4.0 GPA throughout college.
