Eliza Emmet '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Eliza Emmet and I am currently a sophomore at Laurel School in Cleveland, Oh. My specialty  is the backstroke but I have been described as a five stroke swimmer.  At districts, I swam by personal best in the 100Y back at a 1:02.39 and I am excited to cut more time next season. I have qualified for districts both my freshman and sophomore year in the 100Y free and 100Y back. I started swimming when I was two or three years old and started swimming competitively at age six for my club. I also swim the 200IM, 500Y free, the 200 Medley relay, 200Y free relay and the 400Y free relay. Next year I hope to also swim the 100Y fly and see how I can expand my events. I truly love swimming and look forward to the possibility of continuing my swimming career in college. Please contact me with any questions or information you may have for me!
