When I turned five years old, I began swimming at the local YMCA and continue to enjoy this journey. Over the years, I have learned and grown in many ways. Perhaps the most important lesson is that failures support my future success. While I want to finish first in every event, it doesn't always happen. With each race, my goal is to show improvement. I am committed to continuing the journey at the collegiate level and look forward to the opportunity.
