Personal Statement

I would love to complete college swimming, all four years because not only does it keep me in shape, I love being part of a team. I'm a good candidate because although I have narcolepsy and may have days where I am incapable of doing things others can do due to exhaustion, I will still push myself and put my best effort forward. I'm different from other recruits because my favorite part of swimming is getting to build strong relationships with my coaches and teammates. It helps remind me that no matter how tough life can get, my team will always have my back.
