Haleigh Brown '19 Recruiting Profile

My name is Haleigh Brown and I was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania but consider myself a Texan. Swimming is part of who I am not just what I do. I love being part of a team but also having personal accountability for the part I play in the success of the team.  I have been a captain for 2 years and have led by example in and out of the water. Swimming builds character and really allows a person to define and express themselves.  I believe that God gave me the gift of swimming and I want to use this gift to the best of my ability.  I want to stay in Texas to attend college. I am looking for a college that offers kinesiology/ pre- medicine as a major.  My goal is to become an Orthopedic physician with a specialty in sports medicine.  I pray that I am blessed to swim in college while pursuing my dream major and future career goals.
