Sarah Aman '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello! My name is Sarah Aman and I have been devoted to swimming since I was 8 years old. Swimming for one of the most competitive swim teams, Nations Capital (NCAP), has taught me how to compete competitively, given me discipline, and helped me build great work ethics to reach my goals. I have always been inspired by my teammates and their hard work. Especially my brother whom his hard work has led him to swim for GMU (DI). At a young age, I knew I wanted to swim and compete at the college level and my passion has grown stronger every day.

I am an extremely determined swimmer, which helps me to reach my goals in and out of the water. I aspire to build great relationships with my coaches and my teammates.  I have always worked hard and dedicated myself to do my best. The discipline that swimming has given me has also helped me to plan ahead in my studies so I can meet the demand of my athletic trainings. I strive to attend a college where it is team orientated and allows me to succeed in the pool and in the classroom.
