Personal Statement

Swimming has changed my life. My sophomore year I really wanted to swim at districts so I made it my goal to qualify for my own events. Next thing I know, I'm working hard enough and swimming fast enough to be put in the varsity medley and and 400 relay for state. I've lost over 40 pounds and am living healthy thanks to swimming. I'm now going into my senior year. It's only recently washed over me that I never want to stop swimming. I only want to get faster and stronger. Swimming fuels me mentally and academically. I've never had better grades then when swimming.

I'm district qualifying in every event
