Elizabeth Chang '18 Recruiting Profile

My name is Elizabeth Chang, but you can call me Libby.  Starting in iTennis group lessons at the age of 9, I immediately harbored a passion for the game - being that I am an extremely competitive athlete in all sports.  Years before tennis, however, I've played basketball, softball, golf, soccer, and did swim (not including family football).  Captain or bench player, I always put forth my best effort, attitude, and humility.  Having played sports all my life, I know how to work harmoniously with teammates and coaches alike.  What sets me apart is my leadership through actions on and off the court.  On the court, I have and am willing to pour out blood, sweat, and tears to achieve improvement.  Off the court, I maintain excellent grades in honors classes and choose to surround myself with healthy relationships between both family and friends.  My goal is to play competitive college tennis in order to fulfill my love for the game.
