Personal Statement
I have always been an athlete since I was a little kid, doing multiple sports at a time, but as I have grown older I realized that tennis is the sport I connect with the most. I have a great competitive drive, I enjoy playing by myself and working with a team equally, and I enjoy the process it takes to get better every day. My passion and determination are what makes me an athlete, but also a good student. I am very driven in school, and have succeeded at maintaining a 4.0 GPA, while balancing extracurriculars like Honor Societies, concerts, and of course, sports. I do all of these things because I enjoy it. I love the rush of a good game, win or lose, I love to study and learn new things, and I love being part of something bigger than myself.
