Hello Coach,
My name is Margaret Rudolph and I am currently a senior at NorthPointe Christian in Grand Rapids, MI. Ever since I was 5 I have had a deep passion and love for this sport. I believe I am a strong candidate for your team due to my unique combination of character, athletics, and academics.
Starting off with my freshman year of high school, I had the opportunity to play second doubles. My partner and I won conference, runner-up regional champs, and lost in the semi-finals at states. Sadly, my sophomore year I was not able to play due to an injury. My junior year I played two singles; I won conference, and lost in the quarterfinals at states.
I work with a local coach and train on average 7+ hours a week. I would love the opportunity to continue playing tennis in college. My favorite part of high school has been being able to be apart of a team and take on the new challenges that tennis brings. My character, athletic dedication, and academic commitment make me a strong candidate for your team.
I look forward to speaking with you soon.
Sincerely,
Margaret Rudolph
