Hi, my name is Nora Schrank. I've been playing competitive tennis for the past five years. I was first introduced to it when I was 11 and I fell in love with the sport, but mostly the feeling that comes with competing and fighting for every last point.
For my freshman and sophomore years of high school, I moved to Las Vegas to attend the No Quit Tennis Academy, I lived in group housing provided by the Inspiring Children Foundation and trained for 4-7 hours a day, 5 days a week. During this time, I improved just as much as an athlete as I did as a person. For me, tennis isn't just about the physical aspect of improving but growing into the best person I can become.
During the past year, opportunities have arisen for me to compete in multiple national level 3 events, a national level 2 event in Rome, Georgia, and many other competitions that included high-level matches.
