My name is Lily Braswell, I’m 16 years old, I live in Englewood, Ohio, and I graduate in 2025. I’ve been playing tennis since I was five years old, and my love for the sport has only grown. I’ve played singles for most of my competitive career, but I enjoy doubles too, and welcome any opportunities to improve my game at either position. While I do partake in other activities, tennis is the one I focus on the most. For the past three years I've played first singles for my high school and won MVP every year. I’ve been told that I’m a scholar athlete: someone whose eligibility will never be in question and strives for high achievement both on the court and in the classroom. Despite wanting to progress my game as much as possible I always support my team, acknowledging that tennis is not only an individual sport, but a team one. My goal is to major in computer science at a good university while playing the sport that's been with me since childhood.
