I have been playing tennis since I was eleven years old, and I have loved the game a little more with each day. It is my dream to continue to improve my tennis on a competitive collegiate team while pursuing higher education.
On the court, my strengths lie in my net game, footwork, mental toughness, and tennis IQ. I will never stop working to improve my level of tennis, and I hope you will find I am one of the most hard-working and coachable athletes. I am a self-starter and a goal-setter. I appreciate criticism and being coached hard.
To my high school team, I bring enthusiasm, encouragement, vocal leadership, and leadership by example, and I would be honored to bring these qualities to a collegiate team, and continue to grow on and off court with a great bunch of girls.
As for my character, I pride myself on being accountable, punctual, and being respectful above all else.
My primary focus is in the classroom; I am working hard in rigorous courses and I am on track to graduate near the top of my class. I also serve as the class treasurer. I volunteer frequently, at a local senior center, and at many school functions.
When it comes to college, I am open to all options, and hope to find a school with strong academics and a competitive team. I would be humbled to be able to do what I love while working towards a diploma.
Thanks so much for your time!
