Personal Statement
My collegiate goals and aspirations include graduating from college with a summa cum laude with advancement to medical school. While attending college, I would like to play for the women's tennis team and help them attain college championships. I would like to pursue new and current extra curricular activities on and outside of campus.
I feel what makes me a good candidate for any team is that I am hardworking, a goal setter, positive, creative, thoughtful, dedicated and pleasant. I am coachable, a good listener, think smart and respectful of my coaches. I am a leader on and off the court, respectful of my teammates and I like to have fun.
What makes me different in character is my integrity on and off the court. I am honest and genuine. I am fearless and I hold my ground. I am mentality tough and I am always looking for ways to improve and grow my game.
Many people have called me a bulldog while I play on multiple occasions. I love the battle and the fight of every match. When my matches get especially tough, I am relentless and dig deep.
Academically, I am strong and have maintained straight A's while taking rigorous classes. I love to learn and try new things. I maintain a good balance between school, tennis, and social interactions. I'm positive and hopeful in my outlook on life.
I hope that with my college years and learning that I will be able to take it all and help serve others by using my knowledge and skills.
