Personal Statement
Within my college career I hope to get my bachelors degree in a math or science field and possibly even go to get my masters. I also plan on enjoying and learning as much as I can throughout the whole process and I want to compete and enjoy the sport of tennis. I love playing tennis and really enjoy being around the sport. I’d say I’m different from most because I’m grateful for every opportunity that I have to get better and I’m thankful that I get to play and for how far I have come since I was little. I know that tennis is about 90% mental and 10% physical so I always try and keep a positive mindset and support others around me with good sportsmanship. I love to help others and am always open to them if they need advice or help and will try and provide what they need to the best of my ability. As for academics I like to say I am able to manage my time well and I am a fast learner. I’m taking several ap classes this year and I like to push myself and learn as much to my ability as I can. I like to be challenged and ask for help when I’m struggling or need it and I’m not afraid to ask questions. I look forward to and take any opportunity I am given and I think I can offer a lot for the team and for others with my experience in the past mentally and emotionally.
