Personal Statement

    As an athlete that has and does compete in various different sports for as long as I can remember, I have learned to love a challenge.  Some of these challenges may include persevering through a high-intensity workout, a tough race, or even just a rough class but in the end, I always end up surprising myself with what I can accomplish when I put my mind to it. I have been running and cross county skiing for all of my life and I want to bring that same commitment and heart into my future team, as well as, into my future training. I try to always bring a positive and energetic attitude to whatever team I am apart of and hope to find a college that has a team that helps me push myself to limits with my athletics along with my academics.
