I am a runner that is very passionate about this sport. I work hard even when I am put a tough situation. I work well with a team and bond very quickly with my teammates. I achieved All State status as freshman and again this year (Sophomore) in large school XC division in the state of Arkansas and this year I was State Runner-up in the large school division. Also as a sophomore I earned Gatorade Athlete of the year for XC. I am also state champion in the 3200m for 6A high school outdoor track. I am a honor roll student while being a three sport athlete.

- I ran in the College Open Race, so I had the opportunity to run with college girls as a senior in high school. This is my first race of the XC season. I ran a time of 18:46.95. I placed 66th out of 251 runners.

- I ran the 1500m, 3000m, 800m, and 2k steeplechase over the span of a week. My first race race was the 2k steeplechase and I ran a time of 7:43.22 and placed 3rd overall. Then I ran the 800m the next day and ran a time of 2:26.55 which is not a PR but also not far off. The third event I ran was the 1500m and I ran a time of 4:56.22 and placed 4th in the prelims. That Saturday I then ran the 3000m with a time of 10:49.16 which is a PR. I also placed 3rd overall. Then finally the next day I had the 1500m finals and I ran a time of 4:51.62 which is a PR. I also placed 3rd overall
