Kristina Bugg '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kristina Bugg. I am a 5’4 sprinter from Anaheim, CA. I’ve been a member of Canyon High School’s Varsity Track and Field team since Freshman year and am excited to enter into another season. So far I have managed to excel. I’ve been the team captain since Sophomore year and have received various recognitions, including Sprinter of the Year, Most Valuable Player and Orange County Champion. I have a GPA of 4.23 and am looking for a school that will continue to push me academically.

Ideally, I would love to attend a university where I will be forced to expand not only my mind but as an athlete, push myself to heights never reached before. I would prefer to be at a large school but am open to all opportunities. My biggest goal is to just have an impact. I was born a competitor and feel I will greatly attribute to the drive and ambition of any team. When it comes to future studies, I am interested in attending a university with a respectable business program. I enjoy psychology and communications as well. I seek to find a school that will engage me.
