Nadia Babineaux '16 Recruiting Profile

I have many goals and aspirations. I have aspired to become an Olympic gold medalist since the age of 9. I plan to be an Olympic gold medalist in the 400m dash. Another goal I plan to meet is to break the 400m world record. I would also love to be the first woman to double in the 400 and 200 meters with a gold medal in the Olympics. As well as these long-term goals, I also have many short-term goals. By the end of my Junior year in high school, I would like to run a 52.90 seconds in the 400m. By my senior year of high school I would like to run 50 seconds or less in the 400m dash.  I plan to win the 400m and 200m dash at my state meet this year as well as my senior year. Another goal I will work hard to achieve is to break my high school's 400m dash record. I have had straight A's all my life. My goal is to obtain a 4.0 throughout high school. I will also strive to keep a 4.0 in college.
