My favorite part of running is the simplicity: you are fast or you are not. Focused deeply on personal improvement, the last 9 years included copious hours of training, diet, and research which has enabled me to tackle the sport in a way that focuses on the clock and myself. I envision myself pushing past personal records as a collegiate athlete. I am driven to excel on the track and in the classroom. I am looking forward to performing my favorite sport at the next level while being able to obtain higher education. I strive to be a supportive member of my team. My next major milestone is to establish my place on a college team and within a school for this upcoming journey.
