I have participated in many sports since I was a toddler. I have played AYSO, EXTRA, and club soccer and high school soccer. When I started high school, I decided to try cross country as my family has a long line of runners. I fell in love with the team aspect instantly and knew this was my sport. I play high school soccer and then continued into track in the spring. My freshman year of track, I won league in the 3200m, 1600m, and 800m and had my favorite teammate by my side each race. My sophomore year in track, I qualified for CIF in both the 1600m and 3200m. I made it to CIF finals in the difficult Southern Section in the 3200m. Our 2023 XC team won the Pioneer League and we are ranked 5th in the State. Heading into CIF-SS prelims we are ranked 2nd in CIF. I am very much a team player, work hard, have a positive attitude and like to bring fun to all of my teams. My goal is to run in college and continue to improve each year. My long term goal is to continue my passion of running with me beyond college and through the rest of my life.
