Personal Statement
I would love to be part of a group where I am able to inspire my team as well as be pushed by my teammates. My Christian faith is the foundation for who I am as a person because "...whatsoever ye do, do it heartily as to the Lord, and not unto men;" Colossians 3:23. I have four sisters that I compete against in both running and basketball, so I have learned how to accept friendly competition as well as let it push me to be a better team member and competitor. Academically, I hold myself to a very high standard and never settle for anything less than an A. Overall, I am a very well-rounded person that is a good candidate for any activity that I set my mind to.
