Some of my collegiate goals and aspirations would be to get my degree in sports science and health along with running on a collegiate team. What makes me a good candidate is that I’m hard work on and off the track, I always am giving 110%. I’m also a team leader. I like to help others who I see are down and pick them and help them strive as well. What makes me different is that fact. I’m never 100% worried on me and what I’m doing. I’m making sure that the team is on the same level. I also always make sure that academics come first. I’m a student athlete and not an athlete student. I started running freshman year and it was something I really enjoyed and I want to continue that through college. I was voted team captain of my high school track team for the following reasons. I was one of the first people on the track getting ready, even at meets. I get there and I help the ones who need help. I’m also one of the last ones to leave. Everyone should have someone supporting them all the way to end. I also run club so I was able to bring some of what I learned there back to school with me.
