Personal Statement
Hi I'm Tylis Broaden. I'm currently a Junior at Sports and Medical Sciences Academy in Hartford, CT. I am a sprinter, for indoor I run the 55m dash and the 55m hurdles for outdoor I run the 100m dash, 100m hurdles and the 200m dash, I also do long jump. I am a good candidate for your team because I am a strong and hard worker physically and academically. I feel that hurdles is my best event I started doing hurdles during the outdoor season of track freshmen year and I won Second place for the Prince Tech Invitational and I got second place for the city series championship. Academically I'm doing pretty good I have a 3.7 GPA and I take honers classes. For college I'm interested in going to a HBC doesn't have to be but that is what I'm interested in and I would like to stay in the east coast area.
