The little time that I've been running track I've learned that it all starts at practice. My first year running indoor track I wasn't doing what I was suppose to and I seen the results every time I went to a meet. I was lazy, wasn't focused and did not see the potential that I had. After that season I sat back and decided I wanted to do better. I started to focus more and give it my all every practice. With the guidance of my coach he help me drop time and it wasn't easy but I've learned that anything is possible. Indoor I was running a 1:14.00 and he help me drop my time to a 1:03.00 and this year I wanted to do even better and and dropped 3 seconds. I know I don't have the best time out there but i'm grateful for the times that i am running. I don't want it to seem like i'm bragging because what i'm telling you is far from it. I'm sharing my accomplishment that I've worked so hard for. There was so many times when I wanted to quit because of the pain but I was told that pain is weakness leaving the body and so I don't plan on quitting track any time soon. If you decided to choose me to be on your team you'll be adding a fighter on your team. Someone who learns from her mistakes and doesn't give up.
