My collegiate goals and aspirations is to work hard in order to earn something. I do not want anything given to me if I do not show effort or courage. My goal is to beat my PR of 23 minutes. I would like to see around 22 minutes as the best or even better the more I work. What makes me a good candidate for my team is always showing positivity and encouraging others to do better and to finish stronger. I am the top runner for the Lake placid highschool ladies cross country and they look up to me. I've been told I'm their motivation everyday. Motivation comes along way either if it is coming from my coach myself or my other teammates it makes me want the best of what I can do. I treat my teammates the way I would want to be treated so I pay them back with respect and motivate them and show them they can do anything. Practice is never easy you feel the pain everyday but with no pain there never is any gain.
