  • AwardsElevation Scholars Award: Academic scholarship AFJROTC Ribbons: I have 24 ribbons which all represent different awards and achievements which they only give out once a year at every award ceremony. Honor Rolls: During my elementary, middle, and high school years, I received many ABs and A honor rolls awards. Principal's Honor Roll: I have received straight A’s every school marking period all throughout highschool. Homecoming Court: I was able to be voted onto homecoming court my 10th and 11th grade year of high school. Student of the month: I exemplified what and how a student athlete should be and a leader in both class and in sports twice in 9th grade.
  • ActivitiesAFJROTC Cadet (9-11) In this program, I have been able to develop and carry out my discipline and leadership skills to be held to a high rank and standard to lead and guide many fellow cadets inside the program. Church Evangelist (11) I have had the opportunity to work with my pastor at church and also young people like myself and my age who are Christian and love Christ to share the gospel around our high school and set up meetings and take any extra step to reach others and bring them to the love of Jesus. Latinos In Action (9) I was class president of the Latinos in action program at my school at the 9th grade campus and I was able to learn and teach my fellow peers about the importance of the program. As well participate and have a voice in important meetings with advisors of this program from the district. Sports(9-11) I have participated in girls varsity track & field, swim, waterpolo, bowling, cross country, and weightlifting sports teams as well as junior varsity girls basketball. Sports team captain (10-11) I have been captain of Colonial’s varsity track & field team since 10th grade and captain of Colonial’s junior varsity girls basketball team since 10th grade as well. Aviation Club I was able to be a part of the team to be able to give a scholarship to a young girl interested in aviation like myself to be able to go on her own discovery flight.
